Q: What’s included in the full version of RTU that I didn’t see in the Campus Tour?

The full RTU includes over 60 hours of roofing and company training, every department’s SOPs, complete onboarding paths, manager-level training, downloadable templates, scripts, checklists, quizzes, roleplay materials, and fully editable company folders. You also gain access to user tracking, assignments, certificates, and all admin tools.

Q: Is RTU fully customizable for my company?

Yes. Every company gets its own private, white-labeled portal where you can add your branding, upload documents, edit SOPs, create custom courses, and tailor training paths for every role.

Q: Will RTU replace the training we already do?

It doesn’t have to — RTU can enhance or replace your current training process. Many companies use RTU to standardize their onboarding, then layer in their own internal training videos and documentation on top of the valuable included content.

Q: How long does it take to implement the full RTU?

This is not like Trainual, or a Training System you have to build out. We did the work for you! Most companies launch RTU in 1–3 days. All core roofing education and SOPs are pre-loaded, so you can train your team immediately while updating the system over time.
